I watched your video about web video sharing sites and would like to know if I need to know HTML to alter PHPMotion software.  I also would like to know how difficult to manage a video sharing site.  I think I have a good idea for a site but I do not know HTML and run my small business by myself.  After reviewing the three video sharing software that you recommended (MyOwnVideoSite, Clip-Share and PHPMotion)  It looks like PHPMotion layout is close to what I want.
